2007 Mazda 3 I Cooling Fan Does Not Work Even I Replaced A New One First check the fuse. it looks like a 40a fuse in your fuse and relay box under the hood. if it is o.k. then i would suspect the fan control module. however i would first check to see if you have power out of the module to the fan ( possible broken wire between fan and module). thanks, joe.
