2022 Ford F150 Lariat Configurations Www Inf Inet P025a crank no start. my 2015 f150 with 3.5 echoboost has code p025a fuel pump module a control circuit open. cranks but no start. i only get a code when using forscan key on engine off test. i have ford wiring manual for my truck. i followed the schematics and i have solid 12 volts on pin 1 into the fuel driver control module but no output. Powerboost no start. this has been an intermittent issue for about 4 months now. first time, it was in the morning. hopped in hit the button and warning lights came on including the big red stop truck safely now. check engine, malfunction indicator and then the dash going into full accessory mode. hit the start button again and the same. First connect red cable to the positive terminal of your f 150’s dead battery, then to the positive terminal of donor battery. next connect black cable to the negative terminal of donor battery, then to the bare metal in the engine bay of your f 150. start the donor vehicle and then your f 150. remove the cables in reverse order. Crank but no start isn’t always fuel related. i’m working on a 2014 f150, 3.5 ecoboost. no start but cranks fine. scan tool says i have 1,600 psi fuel rail pressure, it has an rpm signature of 165 rpm when cranking. when cranking, it has cam and crank sync. has new remanufacture engine. pulled a coil and checked for spark—none on any.
