I spent several hours researching online and there are not many postings for the 2012 jk fan relays so i thought that i would share my experience. in the 07 12 model, the high speed relay was behind the driver side headlight. in the 2012 the relay was relocated next to the master cylinder along the driver side of the engine bay. If you pull the low speed fan relay k11 and put 12v on 87 the fan should spin slow speed. if you pull the high speed relay and put 12v on 87 the fan should spin high speed. that will verify the fan. put the relays back. using a test light connected to chassis ground, probe the wire to pin 2 of the fan.
