Whereas doma and kokushibo remember their human existant pretty handily. muzan probably suppresses the ‘happy human memories’ in order to fuel their hate towards humankind, and think of them as lesser. yeah some do but it varies between demons. in my opinion, muzan makes demons forget about their past :3.
