Overhead triceps extension. sit with your feet shoulder width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand. raise the dumbbells overhead until your arms are fully extended, keeping your elbows close to your ears. bend your elbows to lower the dumbbells behind your head, maintaining a steady and controlled movement. Day five, and still have unbelievable burn in my shoulders during the first six exercises. i use 2 lb weights for the biceps and triceps exercises. i can't say i've noticed a difference in appearance, yet, but i do feel they are slightly easier, so i must be getting stronger.
