After countless requests, i am so excited to offer an ashtanga yoga class. i love the ashtanga practice, but have hesitated to teach a class, since i am not. I am so happy to welcome back my friend klara to teach the ashtanga full primary series. she is a committed practitioner and wonderful yoga teacher and i hop.

Ashtanga yoga half primary series is a one hour long practice, focusing on building the foundation to prepare the body for much advance asanas ahead in the s. Half primary series takes less time. the full ashtanga yoga primary series takes around 90 minutes to complete, while the half primary series can last 60 minutes. it is an ideal practice for beginners who may not have the strength and endurance for the full 90 minute practice. it is also perfect for those short on time. The 30 day beginner yoga journey. this is a great transition class from beginner ashtanga to the full primary series. in this class, jenni guides you, along with four of her senior students, through her version of the half primary series. please note that this class moves quickly, so be prepared to flow!.
