Breanna S Recipe Box Roasted Corn Pizza With Leek Soubise Bacon And I started looking for a recipe like this when i had a pizza form pizzeria 712 a few summers ago. the pizza was a roasted summer corn pizza with leek soubise, bacon, and fresh ricotta and it was love at first bite. the combination of crisp bacon, leeks cooked in cream, roasted summer corn, and fresh ricotta makes for a completely delicious pizza. Haha!) if i'm going out for pizza, my favorite place is pizzeria 712. todd and i usually share the sausage pizza with roasted peppers, but right now they have a corn pizza with leek soubise, bacon, and ricotta that is definitely one of my seasonal favorites. i also love their speck pizza and i always order a side of arugula to pile on top.

Roasted Corn Pizzaвђ Krause Farms Ltd Leek soubise (recipe below) leek soubise: 2 tablespoons butter 2 medium sized leeks, split sown the middle, washed, cut into 1 4 inch thick half moons (discard most of the green parts of the leeks) 1 cup heavy cream 2 cups whole milk salt melt the butter in a large sauté pan. add the leeks and cook slowly until they have wilted down a bit. In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and kosher salt. heat for 20 seconds in the microwave until just warmed through. in a large bowl, combine the toasted oats and coconut, almonds and cherries, pepitas, and the maple vanilla spice mixture, and stir to thoroughly combine. Assemble the pizza by spreading 1 2 cup leek soubise in an even layer on top of the pizza dough. add roasted corn, bacon lardon, serrano chiles (optional, but i love the hint of heat), and dollops of ricotta. gently slide pizza off of peel into a pizza stone. bake for 10 12 minutes. remove pizza from oven and pull apart burrata. Put the pizza cubes in the oven and preheat your oven to 500°f. heat a grill pan over high heat, then coat it with cooking spray. add the corn and poblano chili to the pan. cook and turn occasionally for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until charred. remove it from the heat, then cool it for 5 minutes.
