Sitting Bull Cabinet Card This posting features a 19th century image of the famous chief sitting bull. images of native americans involved in little big horn are very desirable. the original image was taken by goff and published by zimmerman in 1881. full information at the bottom of card: "the sioux chief in command at the custer massacre" to include his indian name. The back of the card reads: "compliments of mary moore". this may be the same mary moore a famous actress of the time. there is a cut square signature with his name on a card 1.5 in. x 3.25 in. in excellent condition. sitting bull fought the 7th cavalry at the battle of the little big horn but was not the leader.
