I will un map (disconnect) the my cloud drive in windows explorer. leaving the my cloud power on, i will shut down the pc and the router. i will power up the router first, then the pc. if i still don’t have access to the drive, i will… try the 4 second reset. if i still can’t access the drive, i will… turn off the power to the my cloud.
