Figure out the design you want for your hopscotch and how many squares you’ll need. ours is 9 squares and a half circle with the number 10 on it at the top. then i drew my numbers on the cardboard squares and painted them with acrylic craft paints. i outlined the numbers with a thin liner brush and black paint. 2. pin the squares in place on the large piece of fabric in hopscotch formation. zig zag all around each square. 3. fold over the raw edges of the four sides of the big fabric piece and topstitch it in place to prevent the raw edges from fraying. 4. cut two small squares for the beanbag. 5. put the two pieces right sides together and zig zag. We use a beanbag rather than a rock (yanno, that whole indoor thing). other than that, there’s nothing left to do except have fun! if you’re feeling extra adventurous, you can even add polka dots or other designs! take 10 or 15 minutes, whip up an indoor hopscotch for your kids and then sit back and watch them enjoy!.
