Employee mindset. entrepreneur mindset. approach to risk. prefers stability and predictability. employees often seek secure, reliable employment where risks are minimized, and the path is somewhat predictable. embraces risk as an opportunity. entrepreneurs view risk as a necessary part of growth and innovation.
