Haven't played as much with the male v as the female one as that was my first playthrough choice, but i really liked the female v's performance, the male is not as strong, seems a bit off in a lot of places compared to what the situation is. 4k new female complexions and better npcs avabetterskins and avamicrodetails. this mod uses similar files from my other complexion mod, so it won't affect any npcs, only fem v. second step: install the following mods for the best experience with e3 fem v. e3 v (textures) install only the eyes and hair from this mod. make sure you don't.
