Remove the rubber gasket. thread the plastic nut back onto the threads of the float valve with the flat section pointing outward. install the rubber gasket onto the threads of the float valve outside the plastic nut. thread the float valve into the ½" port inside the hydrochamber. hand tighten only. Position the pond liner from the basin toward the upper streambed, lining the outline of the waterfall with the liner. since you’ll put rocks on top, there is no need to secure the liner. make sure to allow the excess liner to accumulate at the base of the reservoir. 10. build up the waterfall with rocks.
Once the pondless waterfall vault is in place, you can start installing the pump and tubing. first, connect the pump to the tubing. then, run the tubing from the pump to the top of your waterfall. make sure that the tubing is properly secured so that it doesn’t leak. step 5: adding stone around the pondless waterfall vault. Use soil from the basin inside and outside the walls, then compact the soil inside the stream. cover the blocks with 2 layers of underlayment, then liner and then cover with stone and gravel to create a beautiful, durable stream and waterfall. now that you are armed with the knowledge of what to watch out for when building a pondless waterfall.
