Home Friends Resilience Friends resilience is a cbt based program for preventing and treating anxiety and depression. to access the program, you need to login with your email address or username and password, or use a unique code. Friends program is a series of evidence based prevention programs developed by professor paula barrett to increase social and emotional skills and prevent anxiety and depression. the programs are designed for children, youths and adults and cover topics such as feelings, relaxation, coping, problem solving and social skills. Paula is the founding director of the innovative research based clinic, pathways health and research centre. in 2008 pathways was a finalist in the telstra business awards in the category of innovation. since its creation in 2003 it has helped tens of thousands of children and families. the friends resilience organisation was founded in 2017.
