Girlguiding New Zealand Hear Me See Me When you volunteer to be a guiding leader, you’ll get: all the training and resources you need (no guiding experience required!) full ongoing support from our local and national guiding teams. flexibility to choose where and when you engage with your girls. options to lead girls on your own, or pair up to co deliver your programme with.
