Tundra5.7. 6419 posts · joined 2013. #4 · mar 25, 2016. the 30s has the same frame as the g30 sf. sf stood for short frame meaning shorter trigger reach. it is my understanding that the gen 4 models without any backstrap installed has the same reach as the sf frames. i like the 30s and find it to be a great carry gun.

Best advise so far has been to find other model gen 4 compared to their gen 3 counterpart. as for the sf. thought 30 gen 4 is literally and sf. therefore the blackstrap would make the gen 4 thicker. i actually prefer it and perhaps why i prefer it but i know the grip and release are a big part of it. like.
