All the actors are terrific with aaron stanford's performance as doug being a standout. the violence is raw and horrific and just brutal. i also think that the movie's atmosphere is incredible drawing a sense of dread and unique discovery as doug finds out more about the landscape. i also think that the movie is unique in its political message.
