Step 2. apply hair dye or a toning gloss. if you don’t think your look is complete after bleaching, you can apply color or toner on top of your lightened ends. consider using semi permanent hair dye, like the l’oréal paris colorista semi permanent hair color to transform your ends with pink or blue color. if you prefer to tone your ends.
