Cooking Matters Teens A Hands On Cooking Class At summer culinary, our kitchens are professional and fully outfitted, with professional chefs, and we are in the kitchen from 10am – 6pm every day! students make, create and enjoy their own lunches and dinners. full recipes, appetizers, entrees, desserts… paired thematically… with a special emphasis on plating and presentation at the end. 2024 summer camp registration is now open! at 4ft and up kitchen we teach chefs of all ages how to develop a positive relationship with food and food culture through our cooking classes. our goal is to inspire chefs of all ages to think outside the box when it comes to their taste buds.
Kitchen Culture Teen Cooking Camp All camp sessions run 9:30am 12:30pm unless otherwise specified. all events are led by a chef instructor. max attendance is 16 (camps fill up fast!) all camp weeks revolve around a pre planned theme. essential kitchen safety will be taught along with culinary skills. tuition will be pro rated for enrollment after the start of a camp week as. The gourmandise school 2.5 hour parent & child classes are an excellent way to introduce your little chef to the kitchen! your child (ages 6 11) will learn baking and cooking skills at their level from professional instructors. parent and child classes feature a variety of dishes and sweet treats, from homemade pasta, a pancake breakfast.
