Yes you are correct. it is launchbox that i'm having the blank black background with. it is the main launchbox screen where the titles and boxes screenshots banners are displayed. bigbox looks and operates perfectly. i haven't (knowingly) changed any of the display settings in launchbox thanks.

Close the personalization window. your desktop should turn black without showing any wallpaper on the screen. to finally fix this issue, you have to turn on your desktop icons once again and disable them again. method 2: change themes folder to not hidden. try changing the themes folder to not hidden.
