3. award. share. rattledagger. • 2 yr. ago. yes, you can remove mod archives without this having any effect on installed mods. probably the easiest method is to use vortex, since if you choose "remove" on one or multiple selected mods you've got option to remove mod (s) and or remove mod archive (s). make sure you remove the tick on mods to. If you go to settings > download under "download folder" there is a hyperlink. if you click that, it will open your download folder with all the archives. alternatively, you can right click mods in mod view and click "remove" in the context menu to remove the mod, the archive, or both (you would want to only tick the box for archive).
