(update 7 19 21): the company has gone out of business). this 296 sq. ft. looks way bigger than it is, but at under 400 sq. ft. it’s certainly still tiny. it has two bedrooms upstairs and a gracious living dining kitchen area on the first floor. Yeah, this house has got to be the best designed 300sqft i have seen yet. i lived in a 400sqft apartment while in seoul, and this house feels more spacious and is a better design. i have seen countless tiny houses in the 250 300sqft range, this is easily the best floorplan. edit: didnt notice, it isnt 300sqft,its closer to 540.
