Today, we are showing a detailed video on how to create a design for 2 types of surfboards with the cricut maker. the surfboard designs are created with the. Step 1. place a rectangle of craft foam vertically onto a table top. trim the top of the foam rectangle into a rounded triangular form and trim the bottom of the triangle into a rounded end. this will create a surfboard like form. video of the day.

The rough breakdown of how to build a surfboard is the following: decide on a surfboard design. make a stringer. glue stringer between block foam. remove bulk foam from the block foam. rough shape the blank. cut out rough shape of the surfboard. shape the blank. artwork. Then, align the straight edge of the template with the center of the stringer. with the template line up, hold it down and trace the outline onto the blank with a shaper’s pencil. flip the template over and repeat the process on the other side, making sure the nose tail matches. now it’s time to cut the outline.
