Trim it slightly smaller than you a2 card base. next, onto vellum cardstock, stamp a floral using a permanent in like stazon. then heat emboss the stamping with clear embossing powder. suggestion: stamp on one side of the vellum and then add color to the opposite side of the vellum stamping. this creates a softer and smoother color result. To begin, i stamped a sentiment directly onto the card base. i also used vellum, the misti stamping tool and a versamark ink pad for the floral overlay panel. then, i heat embossed the flowers. the floral background border was fussy cut to fit the top corner of the card base. finally, i added watercolor splatters, adhesive gems and layered.

Next, stamp the large flower, accents and sentiments onto a piece of heat resistant vellum cardstock. use stazon ink or comparable when stamping onto vellum. also, heat set or allow the stamping to dry. then, trim the stamping a bit smaller than the background. next. add white paint splatters over the pink layer and the vellum layer. dry.
