Like i said previously, shuichi up until this point was 1) one of the few that actually tolerated and didn't hate kokichi 2) the only one that believed that kokichi could possibly be good. there you go, that's it. most people believe what shuichi said to kokichi stemmed from hatred but nah, it came from sincerity. Shuichi didn't really ever trust kokichi though, and i think he probably found his childish behavior and constant lies aggravating. kokichi did get upset with shuichi though. shuichi lied to him and it made kokichi actually upset, he called shuichi lame and said he should be the type of person who doesn't have anyone to care for him. Oh, i started with the character that i believe shuichi had the least interactions with him, but let's be honest, kokichi and shuichi are the characters who explain the main theme and goal of the danganronpa v3. like others, shuichi got frustrated with kokichi's lies, but despite others, he didn't completely dismiss him until chapter 4.
