The coloring is really pretty bad, although there’s always room to improve for this oc i would make the hair entirely blue and have a darker blue (but still pastel outline). for the face i don’t think the black outlines on the eyes look good (not the eyelashes) i would make it a darker color of the eye color or just make it the same color.
