Hey guys! it's leah from creative at home, and today i'm organizing all of my paper squishies! and since i finished school last friday, i have a lot more tim. Switch bills to electronic. this will stop the paper bills from piling up, and you missing a payment because you can’t find that bill! also, deal with mail daily. don’t let things pile up. instead come up with a system for stopping the clutter. i break down that system in this blog post: what to do with old papers. How to organize papers at home. when you first start organizing paper, start by gathering everything and putting it in one container. it could be a bin, a box, or a laundry basket. this will be your “inbox” going forward. once you have all of your papers in your “inbox,” you may feel overwhelmed by the enormity of it. Jay wilde. designate a cabinet or closet for organizing important documents away from your main desk area. lidded file boxes and stacked drawers make it easy to keep each family member's papers and school projects tidy. attach labels to the front of each drawer or bin so each person knows which spot is theirs. 07 of 22.

Place two more below your first set at the bottom of your cabinet door. (first, check to be sure the door is thick enough—you don’t want the cup hook’s screw to poke through to the outside of the door!) hook a long spring or bungee cord to your cup hooks from top to bottom on each side. slide your folded paper bags in between your springs. Hack 3. create a mail drop zone to help organize your papers into one spot. i love this hack because it is so easy. grab a tray, and put all mail on that tray. it can be in your kitchen, or office area. just keep the location to one spot. then put your bills or important documents in that one location.
