Vision Mission And Core Values International Science Council Discover art inspiration, ideas, styles. We help undergraduate engineering students build professional communication skills. we offer elective courses all eligible for the certificate in communication. we integrate communication into core engineering courses across all departments, first to fourth year. we tutor individuals and teams in person and online. Robert irish was the founder of the engineering communication program at university of toronto. he directed the program from 1995 2008. during his time at u of t, he has taught in every department of engineering. currently, he teaches tep322 language and power, first year design and communication and engineering and society in engineering science.
