Brighton and hove city council is proposing to make changes to the junction of dyke road and upper north street as the lights are at the end of their useful life and need replacing. bhcc is planning to remove the traffic lights and replace them with a new ‘t’ junction. the city council is now asking for feedback on the proposal.
