Cable flys: 3 x 10 14 (3 sets from top, 3 from bottom, 3 from middle) close grip bench: 5 x 5 dips (weighted): 4 x 6 8 tricep pushdown: 3 x 8 12 cable kickbacks: 3 x 8 12 things to consider: the presses can be switched out with dumbbell which i will every other week or so.
