We should be glad when we come to the house of the lord. the word “worship” comes from an old english word “worthship”, meaning that god is worthy; he deserves our praise. worship is our response to all god is and says and does. when we really believe god deserves our worship, nothing will keep us away from church. Psalm 47:1. hebrews 13:15. let us offer the sacrifice of god the fruit of our lips. we praise god in song, in our words and the way we live our lives. when we live the gospel we are preaching the gospel by example. psalm 113. we are glad to enter into the house of the lord because of the purpose for going there.
