Shadow is being controlled by lyric, and it wears off after sonic kicks him through the portal after shadow, sonic, and tails fight. shadow isnt some random "lol what a child imma bully you" person. backstory: shadow grew up in another place, way far away from sonic and the others. the place he grew up in was horrible.
