Tutorial Pin Curls Part 2 вђ The Brush Out Miss Hero Holliday Hold the ends of the section and carefully roll it up toward the base of your scalp. place one or two fingers an inch away from the scalp, then wrap the hair around your fingers. after wrapping, hold the curl and gently remove your fingers. use a rod to roll the curl. the last one is the easiest way.
