If you want to engage a player on foot more than once, hide in stealth mode first and then quickly engage. you need to overfly him fast and at the same time secure the kill, so he can't engage you. if you don't get him, get into cover as soon as possible again. when the player is in a vehicle however, you got time.

People mostly use the toreador because it can take 6 missile hits, it’s boost, and it’s missile tracking. overall though, i’d say the deluxo and the toreador are about the same when it comes to pvp. Attack the hangar from both sides and then as soon as you can, move the truck that is in front of the aircraft (blocking it). that done, take off in the aircraft and fly back. just make sure you’ve got a good pilot. completing a titan of a job will earn you gta$ 10,000 20,0000 each time.
