Once you know which parts it makes sense to keep separate (arms, hands etc.) you can glue all the rest. then you have to drill holes large enough for magnets in both parts (e.g. torso and arm). holes have to be the same size as three magnets i use 2mm or 3mm in diameter depending on the size of available space and the size of the part.
