Oil pressure (code 6.6, pid spn 100): caused when the oil pressure is too low. piston cooling pressure (code 6.7, ppid 8 spn 520192): caused when piston cooling pressure is too low. battery voltage, ciu (code 6.9, pid spn 158): caused either when there is a short circuit to negative, a faulty alternator, or a faulty battery battery cables. When powering up to wot to test full speed and new props the port engine stops at 2000rpm and starboard at 3000rpm. expect 3600rpm. noticed the port boost was 0. pulled the rpm back to 1500rpm and the boost on port was still 0 and starboard is 0.9. history, the engines performed well in jan 24 and wot at 29knots. pre purchase inspection found. Collect used and drained glycol and take it to a proper disposal site. open the seawater cock (1). disconnect the hose at the seawater cock (1) or on the outlet side of the sea water filter (2) (if the engine is equipped with such a filter). place the free end of the hose in a bucket of fresh water. fill the system.
