Why Do Men Play Female Characters In Mmos Why Do I And Does It R

I choose a female character simply because in 99.9% of mmorpgs and really just about any game with customization the choices of styles for females are just so much better and you can actually have fun with it. take a game like archeage for example. Fashion is the true endgame. i play male in ffxiv because the gear looks good on males. in gw2 and wow all my characters are female. in gw2 i believe that all the gear is modeled for human female. the other races gender get a pass over to make sure there is less clipping but the gear is made to look good on human female.

Count me in for those who don't self insert. i create my own ocs, and maybe role play if i feel like it. i really don't like self inserts, which is why i do not have a particular preference towards creating male characters. men playing as female characters is always the result of sexual desire. The point of that was the assumption that females play male characters to avoid sexual harassment. this infers that the problem is the female character. unless you meant something else, that is what i am gathering. from that concept, i deduce that the problem is the female character, to which i ask why men aren't having that same problem. The aim of playing any game is for enjoyment, immersion and relaxation. or it should be. whether a man plays a young girl in a game, or a teenage girl plays a middle aged man in a game it does not matter. what matters is the person behind those characters. remember avatars in games are not the person playing them.
