Wolf knight greatsword is great for the weapon art knockdown which has lots of hyperarmor frames. the one handed moveset has a lunging r2 poke which might be useful in tight corridors. the weaponart double sweep is not that useful in pve due to poor range and slow startup, more useful in pvp for predictive rollcatching folks who roll towards you. The wolf knight sword suffers from a mediocre moveset and low ar compared to other weapons on a quality build. if you're adamant on using greatswords, then i'll list some options for you; black knight sword: the weapon art makes you impervious to staggering for about 2 seconds, has high ar and does bonus damage to demons.
